部分机械设备易发生连杆轴承损坏问题,而轴承损坏后,其外圈仍然保留在连杆孔内,拆卸难度较大,由于外圈所有的钢材较为坚硬,因而钢锯锯时容易打滑,但是过于用力地敲击又会对连杆造成损坏。此时,可在台钳上固定连杆,通过重型套筒扳手的套头,使用尺寸略大于连杆轴承孔尺寸的一侧套头顶住连杆孔,而使用尺寸略小于连杆轴承孔尺寸的一侧的套头顶住轴承外圈,后适当加大钳夹力度,慢慢地将轴承外圈压出来。

Because all the steel in the outer ring is relatively hard, it is easy to slip when the hacksaw saws, but too hard knocking will damage the connecting rod. Through the socket head of the heavy-duty socket wrench, use the socket head on the side slightly larger than the size of the connecting rod bearing hole to counter at the connecting rod hole, and use the socket head on the side slightly smaller than the size of the connecting rod bearing hole to counter at the outer ring of the bearing. After that, appropriately increase the clamp strength and slowly press out the outer ring of the bearing.
