| 1.脏物、异物、砂粒或其它污染物进入箱体中。 1. Dirt, foreign body, sand or other pollutants enter the box. 对策：将轴承箱清洗干净，更换新的油封。 Countermeasure: Clean the bearing box and replace the new oil seal. 2.水、酸、油漆或其它腐蚀性物质进入轴承箱中。 2. Water, acid, paint or other corrosive substances enter the bearing box. 对策：安装一个保护性防尘盖，改良油封。 Countermeasure: Install a protective dust cover and improve the oil seal. 3.轴承箱内孔不圆、扭曲变形、支撑面不平。 3. The bore of bearing box is not round, twisted and deformed, and the supporting surface is uneven. 对策：检查轴承箱，调整支撑面、调整垫片。 Countermeasure: Check the bearing box, adjust the support surface and adjust the gasket. 4.轴径小或紧定套未锁紧。 4. Shaft diameter is small or fastening sleeve is not locked. 对策：检测轴径，选择合适的配合量，重新锁紧紧定套。 Countermeasure: Measure the diameter of the shaft, select the appropriate amount of matching, and re-lock the sleeve tightly. 5.不平衡负荷，箱孔间隙大，外环在箱孔内打滑。 5.
