1、轴和深沟球轴承室公差的选择与控制：深沟球轴承压入深沟球轴承后应转动灵活无阻滞感。如有明显转动不灵活，则表明轴的尺寸太大了，公差要下调。如深沟球轴承压入轴后用手转动有明显沙沙感，则可能是轴的公差太大或轴的圆度不好。所以在控制好轴和深沟球轴承室公差时也要控制好圆度，目前国内很多厂家只对公差进行控制，没有对圆度进行控制。

2、深沟球轴承的装配方式：因为深沟球轴承是高精度产品，如装配不当很容易对深沟球轴承沟道造成损伤，导致深沟球轴承损坏。深沟球轴承在装配时应有专用的模具，不能随意敲打，在压入轴时只能小圈受力，压大圈时只能大圈受力。装配时要求采用气压或液压，在压装时上下模要外于水平状态，如有倾斜会导致深沟球轴承沟道因受力损坏，而使深沟球轴承产生导响。
