对策：安装一个保护性防尘盖，改良油封。
Countermeasure: Install a protective dust cover and improve the oil seal.
3.轴承箱内孔不圆、扭曲变形、支撑面不平。
3. The bore of bearing box is not round, twisted and deformed, and the supporting surface is uneven.
对策：检查轴承箱，调整支撑面、调整垫片。
Countermeasure: Check the bearing box, adjust the support surface and adjust the gasket.
4.轴径小或紧定套未锁紧。
4. Shaft diameter is small or fastening sleeve is not locked.
对策：检测轴径，选择合适的配合量，重新锁紧紧定套。
Countermeasure: Measure the diameter of the shaft, select the appropriate amount of matching, and re-lock the sleeve tightly.
5.不平衡负荷，箱孔间隙大，外环在箱孔内打滑。

对策：更换合乎设计要求孔径的轴承箱。

6.两个或多个轴承耦合，产生轴心直线偏差和角度偏差。

对策：重新调整垫片，使轴心耦合在同一直线上。

7.不正确的安装，用锤直接敲击在轴承上。

对策：规范安装轴承。

8.轴承间隙过大。

对策：调整轴承间隙。
