3、查看标识

在轴承外环的端面上，一般都刻印有代号、产地和出厂时间等标识；在轴承体上，一般会印有品牌字样、标号等（字体非常小），应注意查看。正厂产品大都使用钢印技术，而且在未进行热处理之前就进行压字，因此虽然字体非常小，但是凹进得很深，字迹非常清晰；伪劣产品的标识非但字迹模糊，而且由于印字技术粗糙，字一般都浮于表面，有些甚至用手就可以轻易地抹去。

4、检查游隙

各种滚动轴承的游隙均应符合规定标准，因伪劣轴承的各零件均超差，所以其游隙也不符合标准，而如果轴承的游隙过小，轴承转动时就会不灵活，极易被户发现，故一般伪劣轴承的游隙均偏大。由于一般用户不具备标准的检测条件，因此可以用塞尺（厚薄规）来检查轴承的游隙，简单而且有效。轴承的游隙一般均很小，而塞尺又很薄，强度较低，且由于轴承的结构特点所决定，塞尺不易进入轴承。检测时，可将塞尺塞在两个滚动体的中间，并靠近一个滚动体的顶部位置，同时转动轴承内圈，这样塞尺便容易进入轴承曲面。如用适当的力能使滚动体滚过塞尺，则所测量值的一半即为轴承的游隙；如果滚动体滚过时感觉太松或太紧，应适当调整塞尺尺寸。应注意的是，插入塞尺后，如感觉滚动体滚过时塞尺太吃力，则不应强行滚过，以免损坏塞尺。注意：检查时应使多个滚动体过塞尺，一般不应少于3个。此外，可以用易熔丝代替塞尺来检查滚柱轴承的游隙。

During testing, the stopper can be plugged in the middle of the two rolling bodies, and close to the top of a rolling body, while rotating the inner ring of the bearing, so that the stopper can easily enter the bearing surface. Half of the measured value is the clearance of the bearing if the rolling element can be rolled over the gauge with proper force; if the rolling element feels too loose or too tight when it rolls over, the gauge size should be adjusted appropriately. It should be noted that, after inserting the stopper, if it feels too hard when the rolling body rolls over, the stopper should not be forced to roll over, so as not to damage the stopper. Note: when checking, multiple rollers should be used over the feeler gauge, and generally should not be less than 3. In addition, the clearance of roller bearing can be checked by using fuse instead of feeler.
5、查听杂音

用左手握住轴承体内套，右手拨动外套使其旋转，同时查听轴承转动时是否有杂音。由于大部分伪劣产品的生产条件都很落后，有的甚至完全是手工作坊操作，因此在生产过程中难免会有沙子一类的杂质进入并存留在轴承体内，在轴承旋转时就会发出杂音，这是伪劣产品与严格执行生产标准并用机器加工制作的正厂产品之间最大的不同。
