1、推力滚子轴承压入推力滚子轴承后应转动灵活无阻滞感。如有明显转动不灵活，则表明轴的尺寸太大了，公差要下调。如推力滚子轴承压入轴后用手转动有明显“沙沙”感，则可能是轴的公差太大或轴的圆度不好。所以在控制好轴和推力滚子轴承室公差时也要控制好圆度，目前国内很多厂家只对公差进行控制，没有对圆度进行控制。 1. At present, many manufacturers in China only control the tolerances and do not control the roundness. 2、推力滚子轴承的装配方式：因为推力滚子轴承是高精度产品，如装配不当很容易对推力滚子轴承沟道造成损伤，导致推力滚子轴承损坏。推力滚子轴承在装配时应有专用的模具，不能随意敲打，在压入轴时只能小圈受力，压大圈时只能大圈受力。装配时要求采用气压或液压，在压装时上下模要外于水平状态，如有倾斜会导致推力滚子轴承沟道因受力损坏，而使推力滚子轴承产生导响。 2, thrust roller bearing assembly way: because the thrust roller bearing is high precision products, such as improper assembly is easy to cause damage to the thrust roller bearing channel, lead to damage of thrust roller bearing.
