滚动轴承的基本结构包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、轴承滚动体和保持架等4部分组成。内圈用来和轴颈装配,外圈用来和轴承座装配。滚动体在内外的滚道间滚动。保持架的主要作用是均匀的隔开滚动体。轴承的内外圈和滚动体一般是用轴承钢制造的,热处理后硬度一般不低于60HRC。由于一般轴承的这些元件都经过150℃的回火处理,所以通常当轴承的工作温度不高于120℃时,元件的硬度不会下降。
The basic structure of the rolling bearing consists of 4 parts, the inner ring of the bearing, the outer ring of the bearing, the rolling body of the bearing and the cage. The inner ring is used to assemble the neck of the shaft, and the outer ring is used to assemble the bearing seat. The rolling body rolls between the inner and outer raceways. The main function of the cage is to separate the rolling body evenly. The inner and outer ring of the bearing and the rolling body are usually made of bearing steel, and the hardness is generally not less than 60HRC after heat treatment. Because the components of the general bearings are tempered at 150 degrees, the hardness of the components will not decrease when the working temperature of the bearing is not higher than 120 degrees.
