（1）禁止随意敲打轴承的内圈和外圈，或者靠外圈或内圈传递力。防止通过轴承的滚子或者滚珠传递力损伤轴承。

　　（2）禁止用明火直接加热轴承。明火加热火焰的温度太高，会造成退火，降低轴承的硬度，影响其使用寿命。

　　（3）防止现场不清洁。如果轴承内有铁屑、毛刺、灰尘等异物进入，将使轴承在运转时产生噪声与振动，甚至损伤滚道和滚动体。
